All this -- whatever exists in this changing universe -- should be covered by the Lord. Protect the Self through detachment. Do not covet, for whose is wealth?

The Isha Upanishad opens with a radical declaration: the Divine (Isha) pervades everything -- every atom, every breath, every fleeting moment. There is no separation between the sacred and the mundane.

The paradox is striking: enjoy this world fully, yet hold nothing. This is not renunciation born of denial, but the deepest freedom -- when you see Brahman in all things, grasping becomes unnecessary. The Atman, your true Self, already possesses everything.

In a world of endless hustle, this verse is a gentle exhale. It asks: what if everything you chase already belongs to you -- because you belong to everything?

When anxiety about the future grips you, or when comparison steals your peace, return to this truth: the divine permeates all. You lack nothing. Enjoy what comes, release what goes. This is not passivity -- it is the most radical form of presence.
